  1. How can I order online?

    You can directly purchase our items on this website by clicking on the BUY button. White Haathi jewellery is also available on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
  1. How much tax will be added to my final payable amount? Tax duties will be applicable as per your country's regulation and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional custom duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.

    For India, all prices are inclusive of GST. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.
  1. How long do you take to deliver the order?

    Since all our products are handcrafted, we usually take a minimum of 10-12 days for non personalized jewellery and 12-15 days for personalized jewellery. We appreciate your patience. 
  1. Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order within 24 hrs of placing the order. In case if the product is missing or damaged on arrival, you can check our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy on the website for the next steps.
  1. Worried about the tarnishment?

    We advise you to store your jewellery safely, completely avoid soaps and perfumes, remove it before sleeping and wear it the next morning after your shower. 
  1. Is the jewellery waterproof?

    Yes, the jewellery is waterproof. However, we recommend steering clear of perfumes, body sprays and contact with water at all times. It is also advised to avoid wearing the jewellery while sleeping, bathing and swimming. 
  1. Can the jewellery be used while bathing? 

    It's best to take off your jewellery while bathing, swimming and sleeping.
  1. What warranty do you offer?

    We give an anti-tarnish warranty on all our products for 6 months from the date of delivery. 
  1. How’s your packaging?

    Every piece of jewellery you order comes in a versatile White Haathi box. You can use this box to store your jewellery and carry it along even when you're traveling.

  2. How can I track my order?

    You can simply go to "Track Your Order page" and enter the AWB code to track your order. 

  3. Do you have COD?

    Yes, we offer COD on all our orders that are placed from the website. We don't offer COD for orders placed on Whatsapp and Instagram.
