1. Orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days, but there is not a guaranteed delivery date
2. All delivery estimates are from the shipping date and not the order date
3. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
4. We will try to deliver products in time but in some cases order may be delayed as we have to produce/arrange a product/products
5. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
6. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery.
7. All refunds must be placed within 7 days of placing the order & refund requests post that will not be accommodated.
8. We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.
